The Students who enroll in Option 1 & 2 are provided Laptop for e-based learning and better understanding.
3. Practical training as Instructor
An in depth practical training is given to the students opting for option 1. The duration of the training period is two months to ensure that theoretical knowledge is practically implemented and skills acquired are evaluated.
4. Instructor Student Ratio 1:15
To ensure individual attention, better learning and understanding of all the concept, we at ISA emphasize small learning groups where the Instructor Student ratio does not exceed 1:15
5. Placement Assistance
On Successful completion of the course ISA provides one to one assistance for interview preparation. In this process of grooming, the cadet’s strengths and development areas are identified and counseled accordingly.

ISA emphases on the use of latest tool of learning i.e. e learning, all the classroom training is based on electronic media. The entire course is presented through Flash files and Power Point Presentation to make learning more interesting and affective and to help Cadets retain more knowledge.

ISA endeavors to achieve the target of A+ for all the Cadets. To monitor performance, regular tests are administed. Learning gaps are identified and individual feedback is given which helps Cadet to improve their performance.
