"ISA WINGS ACADEMY is a social responsibility initiative of the WINGS FOUNDATION whereby ISA WINGS opens the doors in the morning and evening to the children of the marginalized sections of the community. THE WINGS FOUNDATION understands and accepts the responsibility of taking into its fold the so called 'children of a lesser God 'and for ensuring that ISA WINGS students develop not only a personal identity but also a social and national identity. The society stands committed to the challenge. Of inclusion for geographically isolated, physically challenged, economically deprived, educationally backward and rural population. ISA WINGS ACADEMY education aims at collective social welfare and realization of personal goals. Our students are prepared to achieve both “education and discipline."

Wings Foundation is a concept; it is a pioneering effort in reaching out to urban as well as rural unreached children. Its main aim is to provide quality education to disadvantaged children especially girls, through evening classes. Based on community participation, these are slum children’s schools with a difference. Classes are held regularly in the morning and evening. THE WINGS FOUNDATION is running meaningfully and successfully through out India. These are designed to help marginalized children with focus on life skills. The children are given not charity, but opportunities of inclusion, of sharing a sense of pride by sitting in a chair as other children do. This challenge of inclusion is bringing people together like never before. The WINGS FOUNDATION was started in December 31st 2007 at New Delhi. The project is participatory in nature. The funding is need-based with collaborative efforts from various organizations and International School of Aviation (unit of ISA Education INDIA Private Limited).

The Academy has involved social workers, volunteers from the nearby area, parents, staff and students of the Academy in generating resources for running the Academy. As a social responsibility initiative President, THE WINGS FOUNDATION has made it mandatory to ISA WINGS ACADEMY to have a special attention to each student.
